During the opening rush of Early Access & Launch, our servers use a temporary safety system to keep things stable. If you’re not able to connect to servers right away, give it a few minutes and try again. Nothing is wrong on your end.

Download NBA 2K HQ now on the App Store or Google Play to access the new MyPLAYER Builder and get ready for Early Access on August 26.

After logging in, you may see a message that says "No 2K account found. Would you like to create an account?" Select Yes to proceed. Once NBA 2K27 has released, new NBA 2K HQ app users who have played NBA 2K27 will have their accounts linked automatically.

• Create builds anywhere and upload them right onto your home console or share them with friends via QR codes.

• Connect with your Crew using Crew management features and real-time messaging.

• Earn mobile-exclusive Daily Login Rewards every day on NBA 2K HQ.

• The new-and-improved Face Scan features a quicker, more accurate scanning process with high-fidelity texture quality.
